Owner Michel Hetu opened Hetu Fine Food in May of 2007
after a 17-year career with Publix Supermarkets in Atlanta.
At Publix, his sole focus was deli operations, and is
responsible for many innovations in the supermarket cafes, as
well as a successful gourmet food program.
